Around a year back, I got a Mobility Plus Rollator for my wife. This item has turned out to be a fantastic purchase. It’s stylish and allows Nora to accomplish all that it promises. However, today I had to check the User Manual for a small issue but couldn’t locate it. I called Mobility, and in just a few minutes, they sent me a replacement copy via email at no cost. Amazing service!

Right from the first call to the visit at the showroom, Josh was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and quite helpful. There was no pressure to buy, and we never felt hurried. It was great to check out the different products they had on display and get a quick demo to make sure everything was a good fit. I’d definitely recommend them!

I’ve got a lightweight power chair that I absolutely adore; it’s given me a whole new lease on life, allowing me the freedom to come and go as I wish without relying on anyone else. I had a fantastic experience with MobilityPlus and their wheelchairs. From the moment I placed my order to the quick delivery, everything went smoothly, even though DPD messed up the address at first. I bought one for a friend who recently suffered a stroke, and she's over the moon with her new 'wheelie'—it's really helping her adapt to her situation. I’d definitely suggest this company without a second thought.

I was on the hunt for a rollator that had a seat and could fold up small enough to fit in my car (Kia Rio) since the trunk isn’t too spacious. I needed it for an outing on Thursday, and the website promised next day delivery (Wednesday). I placed my order and paid bright and early on Tuesday morning. I shot an email to check if the next day delivery was still on, and Charlie got back to me super quick to confirm it would be delivered. He also asked if I or the user had a long-term disability, which I do. Since I had already settled the VAT, it was promptly refunded. The rollator arrived in the afternoon on Wednesday, and I managed to put it together myself (I’m 76 and have arthritis). I was able to lift it into the back of the car, all set for my day out with friends.

I can’t believe how simple it was to use, and it felt really solid, even when I was sitting on it. The bag came in handy since it was a shopping trip! The large front wheels made maneuvering a breeze compared to smaller ones. I’d definitely recommend this product, and the customer service from this company is top-notch.

I've been using the Ultra Lite for nearly a year now. Right from the beginning, the company was a breeze to work with. I've taken two trips abroad where I went solo. While it folds up nicely to fit in the trunk of most vehicles, I did struggle a bit with a friend's sports convertible. However, it's sturdy enough for hopping on trains, buses, and the tube. It handles ramps like a champ. Currently, I'm on holiday in Gozo, and the bumpy roads are no issue at all. The batteries last through a whole morning of shopping or sightseeing before needing a recharge, but the charger is about the same size as a laptop charger, so I just stash it in the back pocket of the chair and plug it in at cafes or museums. I've never run into any trouble. This isn't my everyday chair since I have a specialized one from NHS wheelchair services, but for traveling, it's just fantastic.
